Essential Refresh — questions we get asked

What is the difference between Essential Refresh and Premium Glow?

Everything in the Essential Refresh, plus a foam cannon wash, spray wax on the paint and a proper interior deep clean with detailing brushes. The comparison table above shows exactly what each one adds.

Do you come to me?

Yes — that is the whole idea. Our vans carry their own power and water, so we detail your vehicle at your home, your office car park, or wherever it happens to be parked that day. All we need is somewhere to work around the car.

Can I add carpet and seat shampoo?

Yes. Shampooing the carpets and seats is +$80 on any package, including this one. Mention it when you book so we can allow time for it.

Will I know when you are arriving?

Yes. When your technician sets off we text you a private live tracking link showing his position on a map, the distance to you and a live ETA. Nothing to download, and the link stops working once the job is done.

Do you take cars other than sedans, SUVs and trucks?

Those three cover most vehicles and set the price. If yours is larger, heavily soiled, or something unusual, call us on (864) 813-9752 and we will quote it properly rather than guess.
